On Tuesday, Koshi Province and the hilly regions will experience partly to generally cloudy skies, with the rest of the country expected to be partly cloudy to mainly fair.

Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely in a few areas of Koshi Province and at isolated locations in the hilly areas of Bagmati and Sudurpaschim provinces. Rain and thunderstorms are also possible in isolated hilly areas across other provinces.

Tonight, partly cloudy skies are expected in the hilly regions, while other areas will remain partly cloudy to mainly fair. Light rain with thunder and lightning may occur in isolated areas of the hilly regions in Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.

The Meteorological Forecasting Division attributed these conditions to the influence of westerly and local winds across the country.
