Partly to generally cloudy weather is expected in the hilly regions of the country on Wednesday, while the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to mainly fair conditions. Light rain or thunderstorms may occur in one or two places in the hilly areas.

Tonight, similar weather patterns will persist, with a chance of light rain or thunderstorms in parts of the hilly regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the current weather is influenced by western winds and partial local wind effects across the country.

On Tuesday, Janakpur recorded the highest temperature at 37.6°C, while Jomsom saw the lowest at 4.5°C.
