Today the weather throughout the country is forecast to be partly to generally cloudy.

Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely to occur at some places of Koshi, Bagmati, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudur Pashchim Province as well as few places of Madesh and Gandaki Province.

The meteorological forecasting division has warned of chances of heavy rainfall at a few places in the Lumbini, Karnali and Sudur Pashchim Provinces and one or two places of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki Province.

On Friday Bhairahawa experienced the hottest temperature of 34.4 Degrees Celsius. Jomsom with 15.0 Degrees Celsius recorded the lowest temperature.
