The weather today will be partly cloudy with chances of light rainfall and snowfall at a few places.

The Meteorological Forecasting Division has forecast partly to generally cloudy weather in Koshi Province along with the hilly regions of the country while the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to mainly fair.

Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces will likely experience light rain or thunder and lightning, the Met Office said.

Light snowfall may also occur at one or two places in the high-hilly and mountainous regions.
