Light rain, thunder, and lightning are likely to occur at a few places in Gandaki Province and Karnali Province, along with the hilly regions of the rest of the provinces on Saturday.

The Meteorological Forecasting Division said the weather will be mainly fair in the rest of the country.

Likewise, light snowfall is possible at one or two places in the country’s hilly and mountainous regions.

It will be partly cloudy in hilly areas and mainly fair in the rest of the country tonight. The division said that light rain, thunder, and lightning will likely occur at one or two places in Koshi Province, Bagmati Province, and Gandaki Province.

Dhangadi recorded the highest temperature, 40.7 degrees Celsius, on Friday, while Jumla’s minimum temperature dropped to 7.3 degrees Celsius.
