A Tokha-based school marked the 99th birthday of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, spiritual guru and philanthropist, amid a function on Saturday.
The programme was organised on the premises of Shree Sathya Sai Shiksha Sadan to celebrate Baba’s birthday and the annual day of the educational institution.
Addressing the function, Prof Dr Kul Prasad Koirala, former vice-chancellor of Nepal Sanskrit University, emphasised the need to integrate eastern philosophy and values in school education in the country.
