Nepal Telecom (NT) mobile phone customers experienced service disruptions in Kathmandu Valley since 2pm on Sunday due to some technical glitches in optical fibre cable.
NT phone users complained that they have been experiencing problems like no network and sudden break in connection since this afternoon.
According to Nepal Telecom spokesperson PratibhaBaidhya, the mobile phone service was partly affected due to problems in optical fibre. “The service will resume soon as they are working to fix the problems,” she added.
