A pedestrian died after being hit by a motorbike at Thulobharyang-15, Kathmandu on Thursday.

Police identified the deceased as BirBahadurTamang, 55, of Jugal Rural Municipality-7, Sindhupalchok.

Critically injured in the incident, he breathed his last during the course of treatment at the Manmohan Hospital.

Police said that they have impounded the bike and arrested its rider for investigation.
