he promotion recommendation committee of Nepal Police has recommended 11 Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) to be promoted to Deputy Inspector General (DIG) post.

SSP Binod Sharma Ghimire tops the recommendation list followed by Bikash Shrestha and Thakur Prasad Gyawali.

Other SSPs recommended for promotion are Purna Chandra Joshi, Tarini Prasad Lamsal, Sailesh Thapa Chhetri, Hari Bahadur Pal, Niraj Bahadur Shahi, Pradhumna Kumar Karki, Hari Bhakta Prajapati and Surya Prasad Upadhyay.
