The Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJPN) has nominated party presidium coordinator Mahantha Thakur as the parliamentary leader. He was nominated unanimously, as stated by party senior vice chair Laxmanlal Karna.

A meeting of the RJPN parliamentary party took place at the Singha Durbar took a decision to this end. The meeting discussed on the contemporary issues, current political scenario and party's upcoming role in the parliament. RSS
