A motorcyclist died after being hit by a bus at Radhe Radhe in Madhyapur Thimi Municipality of Bhaktapur district on Saturday.
According to the police, Dipak Kyaju, 24 of Nikosera, Madhyapur Thimi-9 who was riding a motorcycle (Ba 40 Pa 2094) died while undergoing treatment at B&B Hospital.
Kyaju was crossing the road on his motorbike when the bus (Ba 3 Kha 2722) en route to Kathmandu from Bhaktapur hit him, informed police.
Metropolitan Police Circle, Bhaktapur spokesperson Krishna Prasain informed that the bus driver, Dip Bahadur Pradhan, 28, of Sindhupalchok, currently residing at Chyamasingh, Bhaktapur has been arrested following the accident.
