UML’s Province 3 Provincial Assembly lawmaker Hari Sharan Lamichhane has died of brain hemorrhage on Monday.

Lamichhane, 51, was rushed to Kathmandu Medical College in Sinamangal after high blood pressure on Sunday. He died during course of treatment.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Irrigation Minister Barsha Man Pun had reached the hospital on Monday morning to take stock of Lamichhane’s health condition.

Family sources said his final rites will be performed at Pashupati Aryaghat today.
