Cadres of Nepali Congress (NC) aligned Nepal Student Union (NSU) staged demonstration outside party office in Sanepa on Sunday demanding end to factionalism in the party.

Students and leaders affiliated to the student wing reached the party office at around 9 am on Sunday morning and staged a sit-in while shouting slogans.

They gifted a spectacle to party president Sher Bahadur Deuba, in a symbolic gesture demanding end to factionalism within the party. Deuba, who had reached the party office for Central Working Committee meeting, refused to take the spectacle.
