A fire broke out at the Gyanmala Bhajan Ghar (prayer hall) of Swoyambhunath Temple in the Capital on Friday. No human casualty has been reported yet.
It has been learned that the fire broke out at around 6:30 pm today.
Nepal Army, Armed Police Force and Nepal Police personnel with the help of fire engines doused the fire at around 8:30 pm. The reason behind the fire is yet to be ascertained.
Details of the property destroyed in the fire are yet to be established.
