The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has submitted its annual report of fiscal year 2016/17 to President Bidya Devi Bhandari amid a programme held at the Sheetal Niwas on Thursday. 

According to the Article 294 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, CIAA chief Deep Basnyat submitted the report to the President, said the President Office.
