Police has arrested religious leader Tulku Lama from Dakshinkali, Kathmandu, on sexual abuse charges.
An investigation had found Lama, 56, whose religious name is Rimpoche Chulthim Dorje Yonjan, of Dumja-9 in Sindhuli district had sexually abused women visiting him claiming he had supernatural powers to heal any diseases.
Police has filed a case against Lama in District Court and are further investigating the case.
