Police team reaches Supreme Court after anonymous bomb threat

A bomb disposal squad of Nepal Police has reached Supreme Court (SC) in Kathmandu after an unidentified person made a phone call about bomb threat at the SC premises on Tuesday.
According to police, the security personnel rushed to the apex court after an anonymous call was made at SC's tole free number claiming explosives had been planted at the court building. Security personnel of other security bodies have also arrived at the court premises.
SC officials immediately informed the police after receiving the call. The team from Metropolitan Police Range Singhadurbar is conducting a search at the SC premises.
The bomb scare has triggered panic among the people who reached the court for their work.
