Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has jacked up the prices of petroleum products on Wednesday.
The state-owned monopoly has decided to increase Rs 2 per litre in petrol and Rs 1.50 paisa per litre in diesel. Similarly, the NOC has increased Rs 25 per cylinder in Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).
According to the new revised rate, the petrol will cost Rs 100 per litre, diesel will cost Rs 75.50 and a cylinder of LPG will cost Rs 1,350.
The fuel prices were revised in the line with the price list forwarded by Indian Oil Corporation, NOC’s sole supplier.
