Leaders of Rastriya Janata Party-Nepal, including two General Secretaries, staged a sit-in at party office in Kathmandu on Wednesday demanding correction to the list of candidates for Proportional Representation (PR) category.
Party's General Secretary duo Keshav Jha, Peshal Dhakal and around a dozen leaders have staged sit-in party office in Babarmahal.
General Secretary Jha blamed the party of preparing the list in unilateral manner and said they would begin relay hunger strike if their demands were not addressed by Bhai Tika.
Political parties on Sunday submitted the closed lists of their candidates to the Election Commission for the proportional representation category of the federal and provincial elections.
