A 'warning rally' is being organised in support of Dr Govinda KC, who has been staging 13th hunger strike demanding reforms in nation's medical education system.

The rally, organised by Solidarity for Dr Govinda KC Alliance, will commence at 12 pm on Saturday from Maitighar Mandala in the Capital and end in New Baneshwor.

Meanwhile, the parliament is being dissolved on Friday without passing the Health Profession Education (HPE) Bill by incorporating the report prepared by Mathema Committee.

Today is the 9th day of Dr KC's fast-unto-death strike.
