6 arrested for robbing Rs 3.2 million

The Metropolitan Police Crime Division (MPCD) on Sunday arrested six persons involved in robbing Rs 3.2 million from two persons on June 2.
A team of MPCD arrested Saroj Shrestha, Tara Bohora aka Dhamma, Gyan Hari Pun, Sujan Adhikari and Anjan Thapa from various places in the Capital.
The amount was looted by two unidentified persons riding on a Pulsar motorbike (Ba 45 Pa 4525) from Nanda Kumar BK and Roshan Bogati immediately after they withdrew the cash from the NMB Bank at Mahaipi in Kathmandu on June 2.
MPCD Spokesperson SP Prakash Jang Karki informed they are searching for others involved in the robbery.
