UML meeting underway to map strategy for PM election

UML is yet to decide whether it will obstruct the Parliament on Sunday or field its own candidate for the election.
The party has been obstructing Parliament demanding resumption of vote counting in Bharatpur Metropolis. The vote counting halted in the metropolis after 90 ballots were torn allegedly by CPN (Maoist Centre) cadres.
Meanwhile, Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has filed his nomination for the PM post on Saturday.
Honoring the past deal with NC, Maoist Centre Chairman and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal tendered resignation from the PM post last week, paving the way for Deuba to become the next prime minister.
