A discussion programme has been scheduled between candidates vying for mayoral position of Kathmandu Metropolis and public on Monday.

Kathmandu youths initiated the discussion programme titled ‘Kathmandu Bahas’ with intent to bring together the public and aspiring leaders of KMC and interact face-to-face.

The programme will convene from 10:30 am tomorrow morning and will last till 1 pm. It will be held at Kumari Cinema Hall, Kamalpokhari.

The discussion session will be attended by over 300 Kathmandu’s voters, think tanks, and local election nominees from KMC belonging to various political parties including independent candidates.

The programme will go live from various media, it is learnt.

According to organisers, one can ask questions to KMC mayoral candidate through social media sites by using hastags #Vote4KTM or #KtmMayorDebate.
