The meeting between the government and leaders of Madhesi Morcha is underway at PM's residence in Baluwatar.
Leaders said the meeting will discuss local bodies election and constitution amendment. The meeting is expected to find a decisive solution as leaders said they were nearing consensus after rounds of parleys on Friday. Friday's meeting had agreed to draft a revised constitution amendment proposal to address the agitating forces’ demands, increase number of local units in province 2 and province 5.
A four-member panel to prepare a draft of the revised amendment proposal was also formed on Friday.
