Bijay Kumar Gachhadar-led Madhesi Janadhikar Forum Loktantrik has decided to withdraw its support to Pushpa Kamal Dahal government if its demands were not addressed within seven days.
The decision comes at a time when rumors were doing rounds about MJF-Loktantrik joining Dahal-led Cabinet.
A two-day meeting of the party in Capital decided to withdraw support if it fails to address the issue of Tharuhat Madhes, said leader Ramjanam Chaudhary.
Gachhadar alleged that the government is shying away from taking any decisions regarding the issue. He was also critical of the government's reluctance to free those arrested during the Tikapur incident.
MJF-Loktantrik has 14 lawmakers in Parliament.
