Newly appointed Ambassador of India to Nepal, Manjeev Singh Puri presented his credentials to the President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Sunday.
Envoy Puri, the 24th ambassador of India to Nepal, presented letter of credence to President Bhandari amid a special ceremony held at SheetalNiwas, Kathmandu.
Puri was earlier serving as India’s ambassador to Belgium and was simultaneously accredited as ambassador of India to Luxembourg and the European Union. He replaced Ranjit Rae who completed his three-and-a-half year term on February 28.
