PM directs NOC to boost petroleum storage capacity

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has directed concerned authorities to make necessary preparations to ensure there is no storage of petroleum products in the country for three months.
PM Dahal summoned officials from the Supply Ministry and Nepal Oil Corporation at his office in Singha Durbar on Tuesday and asked them to make preparations to boost petroleum storage in the country. PM's secretariat informed government will arrange the necessary budget to increase the storage capacity.
PM also directed authorities to speed up the petroleum pipeline works in Amlekhgunj or Chitwan. He also asked them to explore measures to provide relief to general public.
