Legislature-Parliament Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar has said that the Supreme Court decision to decline interim order against constitution amendment bill has paved the way for resumption of house proceedings.
Speaking to journalists at her Baneshwar-based office on Tuesday, Speaker Gharti said, "Parliament should not be obstructed following Supreme Court's refusal to issue interim order against amendment bill. It should be continued."
Speaker Gharti said that the house was postponed for six days after parties pleaded for time to find consensus.
