Besides PM Koirala, there are 10 NC leaders in the Cabinet, nine of them are ministers and one a state minister. While the prime minister may visit the NC headquarters according to his own convenience, and not necessarily on a regular basis, the other 10 Cabinet members, however, are required to give at least two hours to the party once every week, according to the NC party office.
