The 13th edition of the South Asian Games concluded at the Dashrath Stadium on Tuesday.
A total of 2,715 athletes from hosts Nepal alongside Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Bhutan and Bangladesh competed at the regional sporting spectacle for 316 gold medals in 26 disciplines.
India finished at the top of the standings with 312 medals, including 174 top podium finishes. Hosts Nepal finished second with 51 gold, 60 silver and 95 bronze medals.
