A motorcyclist died after being hit by a mini-truck at Bhaluwang of Rapti Rural Municipality-1 on Saturday. 

Police identified the deceased as 44-year-old Santosh Kumar Yogi from Gadhwa Rural Municipality-1. 

According to the Area Police Office in Bhaluwang, he succumbed to his injury while undergoing treatment at Bhaluwang Hospital. 

Similarly, Chheduram Chaudhary, 51, died when a tractor overturned in the Gangadi stream in Rajpur Rural Municipality-5 the same day. 

Two other people were injured in the incident, said police.
