Police on Tuesday arrested six people in possession of marijuana from Ratomate check post in Hetauda .

Police informed that they recovered 47kg of marijuana, during a security check, from a car and a motorcycle heading to Birgunj from Chitwan.

Superintendent Bamdev Gautam, chief of the District Police Office, Makwanpur, informed that the arrested individuals are under police custody and further investigation into the matter is underway.
