Police safely rescued a 15-year-old boy from ward 4 of Brahmapuri Rural Municipality, which borders India, on Monday.
The boy, a permanent resident of India, was kidnapped and kept in a house belonging to Ramji Sah in Brahmapuri in ward 4 of the rural municipality.
Police arrested Prabachan Sah of Indian state of Bihar, along with Bikram Pasawan and Ramji Sah of ward 4 of Brahmapuri in connection with the incident.
The security personnel also recovered a pistol from the suspects.
