Police on Monday made public two men accused of kidnapping a nine-year-old girl from Madhav Narayan Municipality Ward 5. The duo were arrested on Saturday. 

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Om Prakash Khanal of the district police, the men were arrested by border police from the Rautahat-India check post carrying the girl intoxicated on a sack. 

The parents of the girl have registered a child trafficking case against the two. 

Further investigation is going on regarding the incident, said Khanal.
