Three dead, five injured in Dailekh jeep crash
The vehicle carrying passengers from Surkhet to Kalikot lost control and fell 300 metres downhill, police say.bookmark

Three people died, and five others were seriously injured after a jeep travelling from Surkhet to ward 6 of Shubhakalika Rural Municipality in Kalikot met with an accident in Dailekh on Monday.
Police said the vehicle, carrying eight passengers, skidded off the road and fell about 300 metres at Kalgaunda in ward 7 of Bhairavi Rural Municipality around 1pm.
The deceased have been identified as driver 32-year-old Kal Bahadur Rokaya of Shubhakalika-5, 38-year-old Netra Sunar of Sunarwada in Shubhakalika-4, and 65-year-old Pultisara Kami of Shubhakalika-6. All three died at the scene.
All injured passengers have been taken to Dailekh District Hospital for treatment. Police said the jeep went out of control before plunging downhill.
