Tranquility Spa opens premium wellness facility at Royal Tulip Kathmandu

Tranquility Spa has launched a new premium wellness facility at Royal Tulip Kathmandu, expanding its presence in response to growing demand for integrated health and lifestyle services.
The new outlet in Gwarko offers a range of services, including thermal hydrotherapy, traditional and therapeutic massages, salon treatments, as well as swimming and fitness facilities. The company said the facility is designed to provide a comprehensive and high-end wellness experience with modern infrastructure and trained therapists.

The expansion targets customers in the Lalitpur area seeking fully equipped wellness and health club services. The company said it aims to improve access to premium wellness offerings while maintaining service standards.
Chief Operating Officer Ranil Phaiju said the new outlet would enhance access to quality wellness services in the capital, noting that maintaining physical and mental well-being has become increasingly important amid demanding urban lifestyles.

Chairman Bhuwan Phaiju said expanding spa services across key tourism and hospitality sectors remains central to the company’s long-term plans, adding that such initiatives could support Nepal’s wellness tourism.
With over two decades in operation, Tranquility Spa runs more than 18 outlets across Nepal, mainly in hotels and tourist destinations. It also operates internationally, including in Malaysia.
The company currently employs around 250 people nationwide.
