Seven vehicles collided in Dhunibesi along the Prithvi Highway on Saturday afternoon, leaving two people dead, police said.
The accident occurred at around 4pm when a school bus, two public transport vehicles, two trucks, an Indian-number-plate car and a motorcycle crashed into one another.
Police said a preliminary investigation into the cause of the collision is underway.
