Man dead in Rukum West motorcycle accident

A 32-year-old man died in a motorcycle accident in ward 1 of Chaurjahari Municipality, Rukum West, on Sunday morning. The deceased has been identified as Chiranjeevi Lamichhane, a local resident.
According to the District Police Office, Rukum West, the accident occurred around 2am when Lamichhane returned home from Chaurjahari market. The motorcycle he was riding went out of control, leading to the crash, police said.
Lamichhane was immediately rushed to Chaurjahari Hospital for treatment but was pronounced dead upon arrival, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Pramesh Bista, the chief of the District Police Office, Rukum West.
Police have initiated an investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident.
