Chakhel-Matatirtha to remain closed for 15 days

Transportation along Chakhel-Matatirtha, the road section that connects Makwanpur and Kathmandu, will remain closed for 15 days starting on Monday.
According to the Infrastructure Development Project Office of Bagmati Province, the authorities decided to close the Chakhel-Matatirtha road for road upgrade work.
Dutaraj Titung, ward chairman of Indrasarobar Rural Municipality-5, said the road would be closed to cut the cliff near the Mahalaxmi stream in Indrasarobar-5.
