Four dead in Surkhet jeep crash

At least four people died when a jeep travelling from Surkhet to Kalikot met with an accident in Surkhet district in the early hours of Thursday.
According to Police Inspector Purna KC of the Surkhet District Police Office, the jeep crashed at Birendranagar Municipality-13 at around 2am.
Three of the deceased, all from Shubha Kalika Rural Municipality-3 of Kalikot, have been identified so far. Two others, including the driver, are receiving treatment in Surkhet.
According to the police, the jeep carrying six people fell about 200 meters from the road, causing the casualties.
