Maoist Centre withdraws support to Gandaki, Lumbini governments

The CPN (Maoist Centre) withdrew its support to the provincial government in Gandaki and Lumbini provinces on Wednesday.
Province assembly leader of the Maoist Centre in Gandaki Hari Bahadur Chuman said the party decided to withdraw its support to the provincial executive led by Nepali Congress leader Surendra Raj Pandey.
Similarly in Lumbini Province, the Maoist Centre decided to withdraw support to the provincial government after Chief Minister Dilli Bahadur Chaudhary sacked two ministers representing the Maoists.
With the decision, both provincial governments are now in minority.
