A police patrol seized a huge cache of marijuana from two trucks at Jhurjhure along the East-West Highway in Chitwan on Sunday night.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Shreeram Bhandari, police confiscated 542 kilogrammes of marijuana from two stationary trucks.

Rameshnath Dahal, 32, of Dhankuta and Khusiram Tharu, 25, of Kapilvastu were arrested for investigation.
The seized contraband and the suspects were made public amid a press meet on Monday.
