Missing boy found dead after 17 days

A 13-year-old son of Kamal Bishwakarma from Chiura in ward 5 of Bangad Kupinde Municipality who had been missing since December 6 was found dead in the forest near Siddhagufa in ward 4 of the municipality on Saturday evening.
According to Police Inspector Bhawani Prasad Dhamala of the District Police Office, the boy went missing while grazing livestock in the forest.
The body of the boy was sent to the district hospital for a post-mortem only on Sunday after completing the preliminary investigation. The cause of the death of the boy is still unknown, and further investigation into the case is going on, said Dhamala.
