Dahal, Modi hold telephone conversation

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Saturday held a telephone conversation with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The two leaders reviewed various aspects of the India-Nepal bilateral cooperation and followed up on discussions held during Prime Minister Dahal's recent visit to India so as to advance the bilateral partnership and to further strengthen the deep bonds of friendship between the two countries, the Indian Prime Minister’s Office said in a statement.
Prime Minister Dahal visited India from May 31 to June 3.
This telephone conversation continues the tradition of high-level exchanges between the two countries, according to the statement.
Nepal, a close and friendly neighbour, is a key partner in India’s ‘Neighbourhood First’ policy, reads the statement.
