Kathmandu:
The Janata Samajbadi Party has summoned a central committee meeting of the party for June 24.
Purna Basnet, head of the central publicity department of the party, said the meeting was called to discuss the preparation for a statute convention among other issues.
According to him, the revised statute prepared by the Central Executive Committee after incorporating suggestions from various committees and organisations will be discussed.
The party is holding a statute convention in Kathmandu on June 25-27 that will be attended by 778 representatives including 423 central committee members.
