Kathmandu
President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Nepali Ambassador to Israel Kanta Rijal as a non-resident ambassador to Cyprus.
The President’s Office in a statement on Sunday said the appointment was made in line with Article 282 (1) of the constitution.
