CPN (Unified Socialist) dismisses media report on purported unity with Maoist Centre

The CPN (Unified Socialist) had rebutted a media report that claimed the party is forging unity with the CPN (Maoist Centre).
In a statement on Friday, Beduram Bhusal, general secretary, said that there were no attempts to discuss or negotiate with the Maoist Centre on party unity have been made.
“A serious attention of the party has been drawn to the media report claiming an immediate unity between the CPN (Unified Socialist) and the CPN (Maoist Centre). The report is baseless,” reads the statement.
General secretary Bhusal further requested every not to be in a confusion about the issue.
