KASKI: Students have complained that Gandaki Medical College has been reluctant in returning additional amount charged to students. An all-party meeting held in Kathmandu on March 22 in the presence of Education Minister Giriraj Mani Pokharel had reached an agreement to reimburse the additional amount charged to the students. “It has been a month since that agreement but the college has not issued any notice on the matter,” said Paribartan Bhat, an MBBS student at Gandaki Medical College in Pokhara.
