DHADING: Dhading declared itself an open defecation-free (ODF) district on the occasion of the World Health Day on Sunday. MP Khem Lohani declared Dhading as the 64th ODF district in a function. Every house in Dhading had to construct a toilet to become an ODF district, said Jagannath Nepal, chief of District Coordination Committee. (PR)
