Two persons were killed on the spot and seven others were seriously injured in a jeep accident that occurred at Kharanepakha of Ramechhap municipality-2 in the district on Saturday evening.

According to the police, Lalimaya Karki, 60, and her son Durga Bahadur Karki died in the incident.

Seven others injured in the incident have taken to district headquarters Manthali, said Ward No 1 Chairman of Ramecchap municipality, Nara Bahadur Thapa.

The jeep (Na 1 Ja 4812) was heading to Gothgao from Kukurkate Bhanjyang of the same municipality. The jeep fell some 300 meter down the road. RSS
